Document 'masters' are created in standard wordprocessors,
like MS Word.
You simply lay out your document and then indicate
which of the MoveManager data elements are to
be included in the document - for example, a Client's
address or a Container reference.
MoveManager gives you access to thousands of
data elements - whatever you enter in the system,
can be reproduced on a document.
There is no limit to the number of documents
you can create in the system. However, Documents
can be grouped so that they are 'job type', or
'service' specific. As a result, the user is only
presented with relevant documents.
You can design 'special' versions of documents
that are specific to certain accounts - MoveManager
will retrieve the appropriate layout for you.
You can also generate documents in different
languages - MoveManager knows which language the
recipient prefers. It will even translate words
and phrases for you!
Once generated, Documents can be edited and then
printed or transmitted by fax or email. MoveManager
will keep a history of all documents produced
and will even keep a copy of every document, if
required.
