If you operate vehicles and men, MoveManager can help you to match your shipments to available resources.

Planning can start with the move coordinators. Provisional packing, collection and delivery details can be entered. The information is fed directly to the planning department.

Your schedulers can get a daily overview of tasks to be completed. Drill down facilities allow them to view the required resources for each task. Vehicles and crew can then be selected from the available resources, and matched with the tasks.
The comprehensive Planning diary provides job sequencing and warnings when labour, vehicle and volume limits are exceeded. There are also facilities to produce workorder documents and overviews. Planning diaries can be configured for any department, not just operations.

The resource diary keeps track of each of your men, vehicles, step-elevators etc. You can define your own resource types. You can view your resources individually or by department.

MoveManager can also keep track of your material usage. The system records 'quoted' materials, 'handed-out' materials and any returns. The Time Sheet recording facility captures any other actual internal costs, such as crates, labour costs and vehicle costs.


The Planning diary will allow you to simplify scheduling of jobs and resources. Used in conjunction with the Time sheet and Material recording, it will also help to control your internal costs.
